Frequently Asked Questions
If your order is processing, that means we’ve received it and are in the process of packing it and shipping it to you. If your order has remained this way for a while, we’re usually waiting on a preordered or backordered item. Please contact us if you have any questions.
When we complete your order, we’ve packed it and handed it over to the courier service for shipping to you. To track your order through the postal system, you’ll need the tracking link in the email we sent you. If you haven’t received this, please contact us.
You’ll find your tracking link in the email we sent once your order has been marked as Completed. Look for an email with the subject “Your KiwiQuads order has been dispatched“.
If you’ve backordered an item in your order, your order we’ll be set to the ‘on hold’ status. This means your order will be shipped as soon as your whole order is in stock. We operate on a ‘first in, first out’ process, which means the items you ordered are reserved in the queue.
