Shipping Policy

You will receive shipping information via email when we have an update on your order. Please ensure you carefully enter your email address when checking out as we may not be able to contact you otherwise.

We aim to ship products on the same day we receive your order, however this is not always possible due to constraints of our shipping supplier. You will receive an email when your order ships from our warehouse. We will contact you directly if there are any problems shipping your order. Our courier usually picks up orders at 12pm. Therefore orders placed after 12pm will ship next business day.

Delivery times indicated on the shipping descriptions are a delivery target but cannot be guaranteed. We endeavour to deliver your products as fast as possible but delays may occur.

Overnight shipping refers to next business day and is not guaranteed. If your order is shipped on a Friday, we cannot guarantee weekend delivery. Please refer to CourierPost standard shipping times here.

Weekend Shipping

We regret we cannot ship orders during the weekend. This is because courier services only collect from our warehouse on business days (Mon-Fri). If you place an order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will ship on the next business day (usually Monday morning).

International Orders

International orders are shipped using an untracked NZ post economy service. By placing your order you accept that this parcel is untracked and cannot be tracked during transport.
